Printing Printing Options for Macintosh See the following table for specific printing options in the Macintosh PostScript printer driver. Tab Paper/Output Special Pages Layout/Watermark Color Options Advanced Printing Options Job type Paper size, paper color, paper type, and tray selection Transparency separators 2-sided printing Print quality Stapling and output destination (if finisher installed) Covers Inserts Exception pages Booklet layout Watermark Automatic Color Black and White Booklet Image Order Banner Sheet Offset Mirrored Output Printing Optimization Selecting Options for an Individual Job for Macintosh To send job, change the driver settings before sending the job to the printer. 1. With the document open in your application, select File, and then select Print. 2. Select your printer from the Printer list. 3. Select the desired printing options from the drop-down lists that are displayed. 4. Click Print to print the job. Saving a Set of Commonly Used Printing Options for Macintosh You can save and name a set of options, so that you can quickly apply them to future print jobs. To save a set of printing options: 1. Select the desired printing options from the drop-down lists on the Print menu screen. 2. Select Save As from the Presets menu to save and name the set of printing options. 3. The set of options is saved and will appear in the Presets list. The next time you want to print using these options, just select the name from the list.
