Scanning Using CentreWare Internet Services CentreWare IS is a tool that allows you to communicate with the printer from your computer using your Web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.). Using CentreWare IS, you can enable scanning, and view, download, or delete images from the printer's internal hard drive. To use CentreWare IS, you will need your printer's IP address. Your system administrator can provide you with this information, or you can print a Configuration Report from the printer that contains the IP address. Printing a Configuration Report 1. On the printer's control panel, press the Machine Status button. 2. Select Information Pages. 3. Select Configuration Report, then select Print. 4. When the report prints, select Close. The printer's IP address appears under Common User Data in the upper left hand corner of the first printed page. Accessing CentreWare IS 1. At your computer, launch your Web browser. 2. Type the printer's IP address into the Web browser's address bar, and then press Enter. The CentreWare IS welcome page displays on your computer's screen. Note: Bookmarking the printer's IP address in your Web browser will make it easier to communicate with the printer later. Using CentreWare Internet Services
CentreWare IS is a tool that allows you to communicate with the printer from your computer using
your Web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.). Using CentreWare IS, you can enable scanning, and
view, download, or delete images from the printer’s internal hard drive.
To use CentreWare IS, you will need your printer’s IP address. Your system administrator can provide
you with this information, or you can print a Configuration Report from the printer that contains the IP
address.
Printing a Configuration Report
1.
On the printer’s control panel, press the
Machine Status
button.

Select
