Troubleshooting Ink Rubs Off After Printing Probable Causes Solutions The two grey dials on the fuser are set to envelope printing. The media is moist from humidity. Rotate both grey dials on the fuser to the paper setting. Remove the moist media and replace it with new, dry media. Unsupported media (wrong size, thickness, type, etc.) is being used. Media type is set incorrectly. Use Xerox-approved media. See Supported Media on page 41. When printing envelopes, labels, heavyweight stock, or transparencies, specify the appropriate media type in the printer driver. 208 WorkCentre 6400 Multifunction Printer User Guide
