Printer Tasks Clearing Paper Output Jams 4. If jammed paper is not visible, lift lever 1 to see if there is paper jammed there. Rotate knob 1 counterclockwise to move any paper into view. If jammed paper is not visible, there may be paper jammed between the HCO and the printer. You'll need to separate the HCO from the printer and check for jams.
