Replacing Toner When the printer is in a toner low or toner empty condition, opening the upper right cover displays the following text on the Control Panel: Toner Replacement Add new toner and replace toner collector then close right cover 3. Locate the toner kit. 4. Remove a toner bottle. 5. Open the toner fill flap (front flap), as shown in Figure 4-2. Shake the contents of the toner bottle to loosen any toner that has settled and packed during shipment. 7. Line up the guide pins on the bottle with the guide pin openings on the toner fill opening.
