HCI Pick Roller Kit - Replacing the HCI Pick Rollers 2. Open the HCI door, press the HCI top button to lower the shelf, and then remove any paper as shown in Figure 4-56. Locate the back of the HCI and carefully remove the retaining springs providing tension to the lower roller assembly, as shown in Figure 4-57. Open the HCI door, press the HCI top button to lower the shelf, and then remove any
paper as shown in Figure 4-56. The printer must be powered on and the HCI must be
connected to the printer for the HCI top button to lower the shelf.
