The Printer Menu Settings Report The Printer Menu Settings Report The printer can print a report showing the complete menu tree. To print the Menu Settings report: 1. At the Main Screen, press Test. SETUPS is highlighted. 2. Press Ĭ to highlight MENUS. 3. Press Select. Figure E-6 identifies all Printing Menu, Configuration Menu, PCL Menu, Communications Menu, Maintenance Menu, and Paper Size Menu settings. In these examples of the Printer Menu Setting Report Pages, the default factory setting is indicated by the "=" sign in front of the setting option. Printer Menu Settings Report Key ቢ This is the time of day the Printer Menu Setting Report was printed, shown in the upper left corner as a clock face.
