The motor which drops toner into the printer is not working correctly and may need to be replaced. The waste toner auger is not working correctly and may need to be replaced. During the developer replacement procedure the old developer might not be evacuated properly. The problem could be mechanical or electrical. During the developer replacement procedure, the shutter releasing the old developer did not open correctly. The problem could be mechanical or electrical. After the developer was replaced, the automatic toner calibration could not be done correctly. The problem could be mechanical or electrical.
