Clearing Paper Input Jams 3. If there is no paper there, close the door and if applicable, push the HCI inward to relatch it. 4. Open the front door. Note that the inside of the front door has a set of labels showing various paper jam remedy procedures. Use these as a guide to clearing paper jams. 5. Refer to Figure 3-39. Pull out gently on Handle 3 to unlatch and release the Transfer Guide. Gently lower the Transfer Guide and let it rest on the bottom of the printer's interior.
