4.2 Using the QWERTY Keyboard The QWERTY Keyboard is a full on-screen QWERTY keyboard layout similar to a computer keyboard. To enter text using the QWERTY Keyboard 1. Start a program that accepts text input, such as Word Mobile. 2. Tap Show Keyboard if the keyboard isn't already displayed. 3. Start tapping keys on the keyboard to enter your text. As you tap the keys, the activated character displays on top of the key. To learn how to enter text using predictive XT9 mode, see "Using XT9 Mode" in the following page. 115

4.2 Using the QWERTY Keyboard
The QWERTY Keyboard is a full on-screen QWERTY keyboard layout similar
to a computer keyboard.
To enter text using the QWERTY Keyboard
1.Start a program that accepts text input, such as Word Mobile.
2. Tap Show Keyboard
if the keyboard isn't already displayed.
3. Start tapping keys on the keyboard to enter your text.
As you tap the keys, the activated character displays on top of the key.
