3.12.7 System The System Settings has additional sub-menus which allow you to set up the phone management environment. 1. Press the Start Key , tap Settings , then tap System . 2. Tap a System sub-menu. About Tap to view device information on three tabs. ● The Version tab displays Windows Mobile Professional information. ● The Device ID tab enter device name and description to identify your device to other devices. ● The Copyrights tab displays copyright text. Backlight Tap to set illumination settings on four tabs. ● The Battery power tab sets the backlight duration when battery powered. ● The External power tab sets the backlight duration when powered from an external source. ● The Button tab sets the backlight duration when any hardware key is pressed. ● The Brightness tab sets the screen brightness manually or activates the Luminous Sensor.
