IP Filter Access List Displays the list of IP addresses that are permitted or denied access to the printer. E-Mail Alert Setup Page Purpose: To verify the current settings of SMTP/POP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol/Post Office Protocol) used for the e-mail feature and E-Mail Alerts feature. In this page, you can only verify the settings of items. If you want to change the settings, go to the pages in the Print Server Settings tab. Values: E-Mail Server Settings Port Status Primary SMTP Gateway SMTP Port Number E-Mail Send Authentication POP3 Server Address POP3 Port Number Reply Address SMTP Server Connection E-Mail Alert Settings E-Mail List 1 Select Alerts for List 1 Supplies Alerts Paper Handling Alerts Service Call E-Mail List 2 Select Alerts for List 2 Supplies Alerts Paper Handling Alerts Service Call Print Server Settings Displays the port status. Displays the primary SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) gateway. Displays the SMTP port number. Displays the authentication method for outgoing e-mail. Displays the POP3 (Post Office Protocol 3) server address. Displays the POP3 port number. Displays the IP address of servers connected with SMTP protocol when data is incoming. Displays the status of the SMTP server connection. Displays the acceptable e-mail addresses for the E-Mail Alert feature specified in Email List 1. Displays the status, and whether to receive an E-Mail Alert for consumables. Displays the status, and whether to receive an E-Mail Alert for paper handling. Specifies the location of the printer up to 63 alphanumeric characters. Specifies the contact name, number, and other information of the printer administrator and service center up to 63 alphanumeric characters.
