Print dialog box When you select Print in the File menu of your application, the 4 Print dialog box appears. The dialog box you see might be slightly 4 different, depending on your application. There are several setup option pages in this dialog box, such as Copies & Pages, Layout, Duplex, Output Options, Error Handling, Paper Feed, Printer Features, and Summary. 4 The settings and the buttons that appear in the Print dialog box are explained below.
