w Warning: ❏ Make sure that you only remove the two screws that secure the interface slot cover. Removing other screws 8 and covers will expose high voltage areas. ❏ Be careful when working inside the printer as some 8 components are sharp and may cause injury. 8 7. Slide the interface card into the grooves of the slot, as shown below. Push the card in firmly to lock it into place. Then secure the card with the two retaining screws. 8 8 8 8 8 8. Reconnect all interface cables. 9. Plug the printer's power cord into the printer and into an 8 electrical outlet. 10. Turn on the printer. 8 8 To verify that the interface card is correctly installed, print a status sheet.
