(10) DISPLAY button The information display (page 120) is displayed while the DVD is playing. This is also used to return to the normal display. (11) Numeric keypad Use this keypad for entering numbers such as track numbers. (12) CLEAR button This is used when canceling numbers entered such as track numbers. (13) AUDIO [•] button (see page 118) This button is used to select the sound track. (14) SUB.T (SUBTITLE) button (see page 118) This button is used for switching the subtitles on or off. (15) ANGLE button (see page 119) This button is used for changing the angle. (16) SOURCE button This is used for turning CD/DVD Source ON/OFF. Press this button to stop playing a DVD. If you press again, play is resumed from the section where you stopped previously. This is due to some specifications of the DVD-Disc. Operations that are possible or impossible may vary according to various conditions such as the contents of the DVD and particular sections to play. (For detailed method of operation, see the instruction manual attached to the DVD-Disc.) 1 Insert the DVD with its title side facing upwards.
