Chapter 4 Guidance to Your Destination When receiving an alert When receiving an alert, the message "An Alert message has just arrived. Do you want to check message?" appears. On this display, you can select the following items: Yes : Detailed information appears. No : The message disappears, and the map display reappears. When confirming no traffic information manually If you press the GUIDE button on the Remote Controller for more than three seconds, you can check traffic information about your route. If there is no traffic information about your route, the message informing you that no traffic information has been received is shown. In this case, the message disappears when you click the OK button. 63

When receiving an alert, the message “An Alert message has just arrived. Do you want to
check message?” appears.
On this display, you can select the following items:
When confirming no traffic information manually
If you press the GUIDE button on the Remote Controller for more than three seconds, you
can check traffic information about your route. If there is no traffic information about your
route, the message informing you that no traffic information has been received is shown. In
this case, the message disappears when you click the OK button.
