About the route condition Shortest : Calculate a route with the fastest distance to your destination as a priority. Fastest: Calculate a route with the shortest travel time to your destination as a priority. Alternative route : A route other than the ones calculated by the above two methods is shown. Avoid Freeway : Calculate a route that avoids freeway. When two conditions is mixed as "Shortest" & "Avoid Freeway", the quickest route to your destination while avoiding a freeway is shown. Route Profile Name of the streets you drive through Driving distance Route List Distance to your destination Conditions of route calculation ➲ To return to the initial display from the "Route Profile" display or the "Route List" display, press the BACK button. 4 Select "OK" and click the OK button. The route you selected is accepted, and the map of your surroundings appears. When you start driving, the route guidance begins. ➲ If the above operations are not done within 30 seconds after the route calculation is completed and you have started your car, the first route is automatically chosen. ➲ It may take some time until a route profile is shown after a route calculation. In addition, when a long distance route is calculated, your Navigation System may not be able to list all the roads. (In this case, the remaining roads will be shown in the list as you drive on.) 50
