Using Context Menus Context menus (also called popup menus) contain tools that apply to a specific item on the screen. They are similar in function to menu options on your computer when you use a rightmouse click. Not all items have context menus. If you touch and hold an item with no context menu, nothing happens. Open a context menu by touching and holding an onscreen item. Using the Notifications Panel The Notification area indicates new message events (data sync status, new messages, calendar events, call status, etc). You can expand this area to provide more detailed information about the current onscreen notification icons. 1. Touch and hold the Status bar, then slide your finger down the screen. 2. Tap a notification entry to open the associated application. Note: The Notifications panel can also be opened on the Home Screen by pressing , then tapping (Notifications). Using Context Menus
Context menus (also called popup menus) contain tools that

mouse click.
Not all items have context menus. If you touch and hold an item
