Previous print job paused before it was finished If a previous print job was paused before it was printed, turn the printer and the computer off, then turn both back on again, or cancel any print jobs using the BJ Status Monitor or BJ Print Monitor. See "Cancelling a Print Job" on page 11. Printer and computer not connected securely Check the cable connections between the printer and the computer to verify that they are securely connected. Incorrect printer driver Check the Printer dialog box to verify that the correct printer selected driver is selected. Bad (corrupted) file Create the document again and print it.
