Processor / fan sink, Disconnect any cables that impede access to the processor.

3. Disconnect the internal power supply cables. 4. Remove the 4 screws that secure the power supply to the chassis. 5. Lift the power supply out of the chassis. 6. To replace the power supply, reverse the previous steps. Processor / fan sink To remove the processor and fan sink, do the following: Note: Read "Before you begin" on page 41 and the safety notices at "Safety notices (multi-lingual translations)" on page 135. 1. Power-off the computer and remove external cables. 2. Remove the cover and support bracket (see "Side cover removal" on page 63 and "Support bracket removal" on page 64). 3. Remove any components that impede access to the processor. 4. Disconnect any cables that impede access to the processor. 5. Remove fan sink from processor: Note: The fansink and underlying heatsink are attached and do not need to be separated from each other.
