Your Intermec support personnel can use this log for diagnosing system problems. Do not select this option unless requested by support personnel. Enables the CK30s to resume a session where they left off if they are shut down in the middle of a transaction. For this feature to work properly, you must have the EasyADC Systems Manager running on the host computer and every client connection must have a unique IP address. Allows the same login ID for each CK30. If not used, a unique Great Plains user ID is required. Determines the port the CK30s will use to communicate with the host machine. The default is port 1001, but you can use any port that is available. The name of the Great Plains Site ID you want to use as the default. Hides label prompts from the user on the CK30s. If selected, the user will not see the prompts. Triggers EasyADC to recognize Great Plains security settings, which define what transactions can be accessed for each User ID. Summary of Systems Manager Parameters
Parameter
Description
Log Transactions
Enables a transaction log of all activity on the CK30s.
Your Intermec support personnel can use this log for
diagnosing system problems. Do not select this option
unless requested by support personnel.
Allow Resume of
Terminal Sessions
Enables the CK30s to resume a session where they left off
if they are shut down in the middle of a transaction. For
this feature to work properly, you must have the EasyADC
Systems Manager running on the host computer and every
client connection must have a unique IP address.
Allow Same Login IDs
Allows the same login ID for each CK30. If not used, a
unique Great Plains user ID is required.
Port
Determines the port the CK30s will use to communicate
with the host machine. The default is port 1001, but you
can use any port that is available.
Default Site ID
The name of the Great Plains Site ID you want to use as
the default.
Disable Label Prompting
Hides label prompts from the user on the CK30s. If
selected, the user will not see the prompts.
Enable GP Module
Level Access
Triggers EasyADC to recognize Great Plains security
settings, which define what transactions can be accessed
for each User ID. If not selected, Great Plains security will
be ignored by EasyADC.
Number of Error Tones
Indicates how many times the handheld will beep when an
error condition occurs. For example, if an invalid number
is scanned.
Number of Information
Tones
Determines the number of beeps for informational
