Chapter 3 - Using the Data Collection Manager To quickly include or remove ALL lines from the selection, click Select All and Clear All. 3 Click Print. The labels are generated. For shipping labels, the default Print Quantity (number of labels to print) is the Quantity Fulfilled for each selected line item. For Label Quantity (value to print on each label) the default is 1. However, you can change both of these values for specific line items, or for all lines selected. In the example on the screen below, the Print Quantity on only the chosen (highlighted) line has been changed from the original default Quantity Fulfilled of 2 to 4, by clicking Update to the right of the Change Print Qty text box (after entering the desired value). This means that 4 labels will now be printed for that line item, and the total number of labels to print appears just above the Print button: Print Count = 7.
