Chapter 6 - Troubleshooting Troubleshooting Your EasyADC Installation If you have problems with your EasyADC installation, perform the following procedure. To troubleshoot EasyADC installation 1 Start a Great Plains client session and leave it running. Do not minimize Great Plains or EasyADC will not function properly. 2 Start the EasyADC program. You must enter a valid Microsoft Business Solutions (MBS) Great Plains login ID and password when prompted to log in. 3 If the above step failed, confirm System DSN configurations using Windows Control Panel's ODBC Data Source Administrator. See the next section, "Checking the Microsoft SQL Server DSN Configuration Set Up," for help setting up the DSNs. 4 Verify that the EasyADC tables were created by checking for tables beginning with MDS in your company database. If none are found, run the MDSTables.SQL script against your company database. This file is located in the C:\Program Files\Intermec\EasyADC Data Collection folder. 5 Restart EasyADC to confirm that you can log in successfully. Troubleshooting Your EasyADC Installation
If you have problems with your EasyADC installation, perform the
following procedure.
To troubleshoot EasyADC installation

Start a Great Plains client session and leave it running. Do
not
minimize Great Plains or EasyADC will

function properly.

Start the EasyADC program. You must enter a valid Microsoft Business
