Physical Inventory Parameters The parameters that directly affect the Physical Inventory transaction are located on the Physical Inventory tab. Note: The only parameter you should change is Allow Verify Counts for GP PI. The other parameters must remain at the default settings for your EasyADC system to work properly. Summary of Physical Inventory Parameters Parameter Verify Location is in Current Count Great Plains PI (6.0+) Use GP User Logins Allow Verify Counts for GP PI Description Does not apply to Great Plains v6.0 or later. Do not modify this parameter. Integrates your inventory with the Great Plains Stock Count instead of EasyADC. This check box must be selected if you are using Great Plains v6.0 or later. Do not modify this parameter. Uses Great Plains user names/passwords instead of EasyADC. This check box must be selected if you are using Great Plains v6.0 or later. Do not modify this parameter. Physical Inventory Parameters
The parameters that directly affect the Physical Inventory transaction are
located on the
Physical Inventory
tab.
Note:
The only parameter you should change is
Allow Verify Counts for
GP PI
. The other parameters must remain at the default settings for your
EasyADC system to work properly.

quantities by pressing the
F1
key.
