Chapter 3 - Using the Data Collection Manager EasyADC Label Manager provides a great deal of flexibility in defining both the quantity values to print on individual labels, and the total number of labels to print in a batch. For Purchase Receipt labels, the default Print Quantity (number of labels to print) is the Quantity Received for each selected line item. For Label Quantity (value to print on each label) the default is 1. However, you can change both of these values for specific line items, or for all lines selected. In the example on the screen below, the Print Quantity on only the chosen (highlighted) line has been changed from the original default Quantity Received of 3 to 10, by clicking Update to the right of the Change Print Qty text box (after entering the desired value). This means that 10 labels will now be printed for that line item, and the total number of labels to print appears just above the Print button: Print Count = 23. Purchase Order Partial Batch Printing: Changing the print quantity. In the next example, the Label Quantity to print on ALL lines has been changed from the original default of 1 to 2, by clicking Update All to the right of the Change Qty on Label text box (after entering the desired value). This means that the value shown for Quantity on each label printed will be 2. The Update All button affects all lines selected with the check box, while the regular Update button only impacts the individual line that is highlighted. EasyADC System User's Manual 35

EasyADC Label Manager provides a great deal of flexibility in defining
both the quantity values to print on individual labels, and the total
number of labels to print in a batch. For Purchase Receipt labels, the
default
Print Quantity
(number of labels to print) is the
Quantity

for each selected line item. For
Label Quantity
(value to print
on each label) the default is 1. However, you can change both of these
values for specific line items, or for all lines selected.
In the example on the screen below, the
Print Quantity
on only the
chosen (highlighted) line has been changed from the original default
Quantity Received

,
by clicking
Update
to the right of the
Change Print Qty
text box (after entering the desired value). This means
that 10 labels will now be printed for that line item, and the total number
of labels to print appears just above the
Print
button:
Print Count = 23
.
Purchase Order Partial Batch Printing:
Changing the print quantity.
In the next example, the
Label Quantity
to print on ALL lines has been
changed from the original default of 1 to 2, by clicking
Update All
to the
right of the
Change Qty on Label
text box (after entering the desired
value). This means that the value shown for
Quantity
on each label
printed will be 2. The
Update All
button affects all lines selected with the
check box, while the regular
Update
button only impacts the individual
line that is highlighted.
