Chapter 3 - Using the Data Collection Manager You can select individual lines by clicking on the associated check boxes. To quickly include or remove ALL lines from the selection, click the Select All and Clear All buttons. Another feature is the Uncheck Zero Negative Quantity button, which is very useful if you want to select a large group of items to print with the selection criteria and the Select All button, but do not want to print labels for items that have zero or negative quantities on hand. By clicking the Uncheck Zero Negative Quantity button, items that have zero or negative quantities on hand are automatically excluded. To reflect changes made to the Site, Bin, or Class choices AFTER specifying an Item Number range, click the Refresh button (the one with green arrows) to the left of the line items.
