Appendix A - Conducting a Physical Inventory Be aware of these helpful tips: • F1 sets the Great Plains counts entered from the handheld to Verified on the Stock Count Entry window. This option is only available if the Allow Verify Counts for GP PI check box is checked on the host machine's System Manager. For help, see "Physical Inventory" on page 84. • F2 launches a Item Desription screen that allow you to look up an item using a key word from the Items desriptions. Use the wild card ~ or ? before the keyword. • F4 deletes your last scanned item. • You can press c on the CK30 to return to a previous screen. • F5 changes from Multi Quantity Mode to Default Quantity Mode: • In Multi Quantity Mode, you are prompted to enter the amount counted. • In Quantity 1 mode, you must scan every item. 114 EasyADC System User's Manual
