Appendix A - Conducting a Physical Inventory 2 Enter or select a Stock Count ID. 3 Enter a description and select a Default Site ID. 4 To create a reusable stock schedule, check the Reuse Stock Count check box. If the Reuse Stock Count check box is checked, the status of the stock count schedule will be changed to Available after the count is processed. Otherwise, the stock count schedule will be removed once it is processed. 6 Decide how items listed in the Stock Count schedule should be sorted.
