Chapter 3 - Using the Data Collection Manager In the example on the next screen, the Label Quantity to print on ALL lines has been changed from the original default of 1 to 5 by clicking the Update All button to the right of the Change Qty on Label text box (after entering the desired value). This means that the value shown for Quantity on each label printed will be 5. The Update All button affects all lines selected with the check box, while the regular Update button only impacts the individual line that is highlighted. To specify a different Miscellaneous Label, use the lookup (binoculars) button next to the text box. Press Print and the labels are generated. Printing Vendor Information Labels EasyADC Label Manager also gives you the ability to print information specific to your vendors on labels. Use the Vendor Information tab to select item labels to print based on a variety of Great Plains selection criteria, such as Item Class, Bin, and Site. To print vendor information labels 1 From the EasyADC Label Manager main menu, choose Modules > Distribution Modules. 2 On the Vendor Information tab, select the Item Class, Bin, or Site option. The screen changes dynamically based on your choice and prompts you for different values. 3 Click Fill Drop Down to make the applicable items from Great Plains available in the drop-down list. 4 Select a value for Vendor Name from the drop-down list. 5 Select a value for Primary Bin from the drop-down list. In the example on the next screen, the

Printing Vendor Information Labels
EasyADC Label Manager also gives you the ability to print information
specific to your vendors on labels. Use the
Vendor Information
tab to
select item labels to print based on a variety of Great Plains selection
criteria, such as

Site
.
To print vendor information labels
