Chapter 3 - Using the Data Collection Manager Individual Purchase Receipt Item Labels To print a single Purchase Receipt item label, the process is almost identical to the previous section. To print a single Purchase Receipt item label 1 From the EasyADC Label Manager main menu, choose Modules > Distribution Modules. 2 On the Purchase Orders tab, choose Unposted Purchase Receipt for the label type. 3 Enter the Receipt Number or click Fill Drop Down next to the Receipt # text box and select the Receipt Number. (The Fill Drop Down button populates the text box with information from the Great Plains database.) 4 Select an item from the Item drop-down list. 5 Select a serial number if applicable. 6 Type a value for the quantity to print on the label. 7 Specify the number of labels to print. 8 If you need to specify a different Receiving Label, click the lookup (binoculars) button next to the text box. 9 Click Print. The labels are generated. Purchase Orders Tab: Using the Purchase Orders tab to print a single Purchase Receipt item label. To print multiple line item labels from a Purchase Order Receipt 1 Click Batch Print after filling in a value for the Receipt #. EasyADC System User's Manual 33
