Chapter 3 - Using the Data Collection Manager 2 Enter a value to print on the label in the text box. 3 Click OK. The new line item you just added displays at the top of the list. The values used for Item, Print Quantity, Label Quantity, Site, Bin, and Quantity on Hand will be the same as those of the line that was highlighted when you chose the Add Serial button. Everything will be identical, except for the value you specified for Serial/Lot Number. You can now modify the Print Quantity and Label Quantity. For Miscellaneous labels, the default Print Quantity (number of labels to print) is the Quantity On Hand for each selected line item. For Label Quantity (value to print on each label) the default is 1. However, both of these values can be changed for specific line items, or for all lines selected. In the example on the next screen, the Print Quantity on only the chosen (highlighted) line has been changed from the original default Quantity On Hand of 18 to 10, by clicking Update to the right of the Change Print Qty text box (after entering the desired value). This means that 10 labels will now be printed for that line item, and the total number of labels to print appears just above the Print button: Print Count = 42. Miscellaneous Label Tab: Changing the print quantity. 42 EasyADC System User's Manual
