Chapter 3 - Using the Data Collection Manager As shown in the next example, the Label Quantity to print on ALL lines has been changed from the original default of 1 to 3, by clicking the Update All button to the right of the Change Qty on Label text box (after entering the desired value). This means that the value shown for Quantity on each label printed will be 3. The Update All button will affect all lines selected with the check box, while the regular Update button will only impact the individual line that is highlighted. Label tab allows you to select item labels to print based on a variety of Great Plains selection criteria, such as Site, Bin, Item Class, and Item Number. To select by Site or Item Class, choose the appropriate Fill Drop Down buttons to make the associated data from Great Plains available in the drop-down lists, where you can indicate a specific From and Through range. If you would only like to include a particular Bin in your selection, simply make your choice in the drop-down box.
