Chapter 6 - Troubleshooting User Count Exceeded Error Message Appears If all of the allowable user connections are already active when another user attempts to log in, the following screen appears on the CK30. EasyADC User Count Exceeded Screen Once the other active users have completed any unfinished transactions, the same message displays on their screens as well. This message serves as an alert that too many users are attempting to log in for concurrent sessions. If you need to add additional users, you can contact Intermec to purchase the required registration codes. These can then be activated using the process described in the previous section, "Activating Additional CK30 Registrations." Once you trigger the "User Count Exceeded" condition, the error message continues to appear on user screens until you shut down and restart EasyADC. The Data Collection Manager may shut down automatically. You simply need to restart it, as described on page 28. User Count Exceeded Error Message Appears
If all of the allowable user connections are already active when another user
attempts to log in, the following screen appears on the CK30.
