GS108T and GS110TP Smart Switch Software Administration Manual The following table describes the information available on the MFDB Statistics page: Field Max MFDB Table Entries Most MFDB Entries Since Last Reset Current Entries Description Displays the maximum number of entries that the Multicast Forwarding Database table can hold. The largest number of entries that have been present in the Multicast Forwarding Database table since the system was last reset. This value is also known as the MFDB high-water mark. Displays the current number of entries in the Multicast Forwarding Database table. Click Refresh to update the information on the screen with the most current data. IGMP Snooping VLAN Configuration Use the IGMP Snooping VLAN Configuration page to configure IGMP snooping settings for VLANs on the system. To access the IGMP Snooping VLAN Configuration page, click Switching Multicast IGMP Snooping IGMP Snooping VLAN Configuration. To configure IGMP snooping settings for VLANs: 1. To enable IGMP snooping on a VLAN, enter the VLAN ID in the appropriate field and configure the IGMP Snooping values: • Fast Leave Admin Mode. Enable or disable the IGMP Snooping Fast Leave Mode for the specified VLAN ID. Enabling fast-leave allows the switch to immediately remove the layer 2 LAN interface from its forwarding table entry upon receiving an IGMP leave message for that multicast group without first sending out MAC-based general queries to the interface.You should enable fast-leave admin mode only on VLANs where only one host is connected to each layer 2 LAN port.
