Finding Your Way Around Right side 29 The monitor port allows you to connect an external monitor. The PS/2™ port allows you to connect an optional PS/2compatible mouse or external keyboard. An optional "Y" cable enables you to connect both a PS/2 mouse and a PS/2 keyboard to the port. Right side Headphone jack Microphone jack PC Card slots (2) Cooling vents PC Card eject buttons The 3.5 mm headphone jack lets you connect stereo headphones or other audio-output devices, such as external speakers. Connecting headphones or other devices to this jack automatically disables the internal speakers. The 3.5 mm microphone jack lets you connect an external monaural microphone or other audio-input device. The PC Card eject buttons allow easy removal of PC Cards.
