With these settings, operating a parameter will cause the corresponding parameter change to be transmitted. When a parameter change is received from an external device, the corresponding parameter will be controlled. 4 Put your MIDI sequencer in record-ready mode, and play back the AW2816 song. Both devices will begin running in synchronization. 5 Operate a parameter on the AW2816. Parameter change messages corresponding to the parameter movements will be transmitted from the MIDI OUT/THRU connector or TO HOST connector, and will be recorded on your MIDI sequencer. 6 When you have finished operating the parameter, press the STOP [ ] key to stop the song. The MIDI sequencer will also stop. 7 Put the MIDI sequencer in playback-ready mode. 8 On the AW2816, locate to a location earlier than where you recorded the parameter operation, and play back the song. The MIDI sequencer will play back in synchronization with the AW2816. When the AW2816 receives parameter change messages from the MIDI sequencer, the corresponding parameters will change.
