Fast Start Repeat Count (1-10) Enter a value between 1 and 10 for the fast start repeat count. When an LLDPMED Capabilities TLV is detected for an MSAP identifier not associated with an existing LLDP remote system MIB, then the application layer shall start the fast start mechanism and set the 'medFastStart' timer to 'medFastStartRepeatCount' times 1.
