Initialize Custom Common settings 1 Use this function to return the Custom Common settings to their factory default settings. CAUTION The Department ID and password settings and the system settings password cannot be initialized. 1 Press the ADMINISTRATION FUNCTIONS key, and select CUSTOM COMMON 2 SETTINGS. 2 Press INITIALIZE CUSTOM COMMON SETTINGS in the Custom Common Settings screen. Press w or v to display each screen. 3 The IS IT OKAY TO INITIALIZE? message appears. Select YES. The INITIALIZED screen (not pictured) will be displayed for about 2 seconds. 3 Note To cancel initializing, select NO. EN Custom Common settings 261
