Self-diagnostic (error) messages (continued) Message/cause Remedy ** (COLOR) TONER NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. There is a small amount of the toner remaining as indicated in the touch panel display. Prepare the required toner cartridge indicated in the touch panel display. REPLACE ** (COLOR) TONER CARTRIDGE. There is only a small amount of the toner remaining as indicated in the touch panel display, halting any print or copy jobs. Replace the required toner cartridge indicated in the copy module touch panel display. LOAD PAPER. The copy module has run out of media, halting any print or copy jobs. Load media in one of the input trays. See "Loading media" on page 60. LOAD **-SIZE PAPER. Copy media of the appropriate size and rotation is not placed in the selected media input tray. Place copy media of the indicated size and rotation in the input tray. When the START key is pressed with this message displayed, copying will be performed on the displayed copy media size. See "Selecting the copy media size" on page 65. ADJUSTING... WAIT A MOMENT, THEN SET THE STACK BYPASS SIZE AGAIN The copy module is presently making internal operational adjustments. Remove the media placed in Tray 1 (stack bypass), wait 1 minute, and then replace the media in the tray. See "Loading media in Tray 1 (stack bypass)" on page 61.
