German Ergonomics Notice The Compaq have been evaluated and found to comply with the requirements of ZH 1/618, 1980. The computers were evaluated using MS-DOS Version 3.31 or higher, BASICA/T, and the EGA_THIN.CPI character set, as published by Compaq. In order to meet the minimum contrast requirements of ZH 1/618 when used in a negative polarity mode to display light characters on a dark background, the character colors red and blue should be used in the high intensity/bright color mode. Positive polarity displays (dark characters on a light background) do not meet the background reflection requirements of ZH 1/618. Airline Travel Notice Use of electronic equipment aboard commercial aircraft is at the discretion of the airline. Battery Notice ! WARNING: Your computer is provided with a Lithium battery-powered Real-Time Clock circuit.
