Steady 356 Error + Fast + Load Media: Problems in movement in the XĆaxis (media axis) The possible causes could be: D Something is causing too much friction in the X-axis. D Paper jam. Steady 368 Error + Load Media + Normal: Error in XĆaxis calibration Did you load media in correct orientation? D Are the marks visible on the plot? If not, check cartridges.
