Unload roll. Description The roll is mis-positioned in the printer. This may mean the media is too far to the left on the platen The media you are attempting to load is too small for the printer to use. This means that the media has not been fed into the printer straight. The media is not positioned correctly in the printer. The media may be too far to the left or the right. The media you are attempting to load does not have a media profile associated with it, so the printer does not know how to print on it. Procedure For guidelines on loading media see Loading Roll Media Guidelines For the minimum size of media the printer can use see Functional Specifications Reload the media making sure that the edges of the media are parallel and that it is straight when you feed it in. Align the media coming out from the printer with the media going into the printer, see Loading Roll Media Check you have loaded the media correctly as shown in the procedure Loading Roll Media See Media Profile Downloading for details of the down loading media profiles procedure. If this is not successful, switch the printer On and then Off again.
