Open the window. 2. Using the bottle of oil which is supplied with this kit apply 10 drops of oil into the part of the platen show below: 3. Repeat the process until all of the holes in the platen have had a 10 drops of oil placed in them 4. Be careful not to spill oil onto the platen. If there is excess oil on the platen: wipe it away with the cloth supplied with the kit and close the window.
