RDP Connection Configuration The Local Resources Tab Redirect sound Default: Unchecked When this option is checked you can use the list box to specify whether sound is disabled (OFF), directed to the Local thin client speaker, or the Remote RDP server speaker. Enable drive mapping Default: Unchecked This option requires RDP protocol level 5.1 or above. If you have an external USB storage device attached to your thin client and it has been configured in the Control Panel so that it can be used in the RDP connection, these options enable you to map the storage device to a different drive letter in the RDP connection. 102 The Edit New RDP Connection Dialog
