TROUBLESHOOTING If the LED is solid green (indicating the drive is idle) or blue (indicating the drive is on standby), the drive is ready to shut down. 1. Disconnect the Ethernet cable. 2. Unplug the power cable. If the LED is white, the firmware is being updated. DO NOT UNPLUG THE POWER as this could corrupt the firmware in the drive and cause data loss.
