Information menu The Information menu contains printer information pages that give details about the printer and its configuration. Scroll to the information page that you want, and then press (SELECT button). Item PRINT MENU MAP PRINT CONFIGURATION PRINT SUPPLIES STATUS PAGE PRINT USAGE PRINT FILE DIRECTORY PRINT PCL FONT LIST PRINT PS FONT LIST Explanation The menu map shows the layout and current settings of the printer control panel menu items. For more information, see Menu map. The configuration page shows the current printer configuration. If an HP Jetdirect print server is installed, an HP Jetdirect configuration page will print out as well. For more information, see Configuration page. The supplies status page shows the levels of the supplies for the printer, calculation of the number of pages remaining, and cartridge-usage information. This page is available only if you are using genuine HP supplies. For more information, see Supplies status page. The usage page shows the quantity of pages printed, as well as the paper source used. It also shows the number of one-sided versus twosided pages that have been printed. NOTE This item appears only if a mass-storage device that contains a recognized file system is installed in the printer, such as an optional CompactFlash card. This item generates a page containing information that can be used for accounting purposes.
