Examine the Light Path indicators to determine if the error was caused by a microprocessor or a DIMM. 3. Verify that all scalability cables are firmly attached. 4. Run diagnostic programs. 5. Replace component indicated by Light Path indicators. 6. Scalability cables. 7. Upper SMP Module. Upper to Lower SMP Expansion Module cable not detected 1. Cable between SMP1 and SMP2 2. SMP Expansion board VRM x Power Good Fault 1. Follow the Light Path indicators to determine the failing component. 2.
