5000 Series Layer 2/3 Managed Data Center Switch CLI Reference Guide 4-19 show network ipv6 neighbors This command is used to show information regarding the IPv6 neighbor entries cached on the network port. The information is updated in order to display the type of the entry. show network ipv6 neighbors Parameters None Default The default is None. Command Mode Privileged EXEC Example The following provides an example of the command (Routing) #show network ipv6 neighbors IPv6 Address FE80::5E26:AFF:FEBD:852C Type MAC Address Dynamic 5c:26:0a:bd:85:2c Neighbor Age isRtr State (Secs) True Stale 3 Display Parameters IPv6 Address Type MAC Address isRtr Neighbor State Age Indicates the IPv6 address of the neighbor. Indicates the type of neighbor entry. If the entry is manually configured, the type is Static; if the entry is dynamically resolved, the type is Dynamic. Indicates MAC Address of the neighbor. Indicates whether or not the neighbor is a router. If TRUE, the neighbor is a router; if FALSE, the neighbor is not a router. Indicates the state of the neighbor cache entry. The possible values are as follows: Incomplete, Reachable, Stale, Delay, Probe, and Unknown. Indicates the time (in seconds) that has elapsed since the most recent entry was added to the cache. 4-20 show serviceport ipv6 neighbors This command is used to show information regarding the IPv6 neighbor entries cached on the service port. The information is updated in order to display the type of the entry. 31
