5000 Series Layer 2/3 Managed Data Center Switch CLI Reference Guide Command Mode • Global Config • Interface Config 5-321 storm-control broadcast level Use this command to configure the broadcast storm recovery threshold for all interfaces (Global Config mode) or one or more interfaces (Interface Config mode) as a percentage of link speed and enable broadcast storm recovery. If the mode is enabled, broadcast storm recovery is active, and if the rate of L2 broadcast traffic ingressing on an interface increases beyond the configured threshold, the trafﬁc is dropped. Therefore, the rate of broadcast traffic is limited to the configured threshold. Use the no command to set the broadcast storm recovery threshold to the default value for all interfaces (Global Config mode) or one or more interfaces (Interface Config mode) and disables broadcast storm recovery. storm control broadcast level 0-100 no storm control broadcast level Parameters None Default The default is 5.
