VRRP You cannot enable DHCP client on an interface and set the priority to 255 or assign the same IP address acquired by DHCP to a VRRP virtual group. Setting the priority to 255 or assigning an interface IP address to a VRRP virtual group guarantees that this router becomes the VRRP group owner. If DHCP client is enabled in an interface, if the interface is added to a VRRP group, and if you want to use this router as the VRRP owner, you must assign a priority that is less than 255 and that is the highest priority among all the priorities assigned in the group.
